Millennium Harbourview Hotel Xiamen-Near Metro Station & Zhongshan Road, Xiamen

I had a great stay at the hotel, especially appreciating the amenities provided in the room for our group of three and the thoughtful birthday cake surprise from the hotel management. The room on the 19th floor was comfortable, with familiar superior room amenities. The central location made it easy to explore the walking street and the seaside, though noise and lack of potable water were slight inconveniences.

The location was ideal, giving me quick access to the sea and the bustling city. Dining was satisfying with a good spread of food options. The facilities were great, making my stay enjoyable.

While the staff was very helpful in getting us ferry tickets to Gulangyu, I was disappointed by the dated and poorly furnished rooms that initially had a strong smoking smell, even though they did move us to a Non-Smoking room on a lower floor with a poorer view.
